These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration for and participation in events organised by Vanalok Foundation ("Vanalok", "we", "us"), including the Green Yoga Quiz 2026, accessed via quiz.vanalokevents.com. By registering, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Event

The Green Yoga Quiz is an online multiple-choice quiz on yoga, wellness, nature and general awareness, held in celebration of International Yoga Day on 21st June 2026. The quiz window, format and number of questions are announced on the event pages and may be updated at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

The event is open to students, youth and individuals. Participants under 18 should register with the consent of a parent or guardian. Each email address may be used for only one registration.

3. Registration & Payment

Registration requires a one-time fee of ₹29 per participant, payable online through our payment partner, Razorpay. Payment is confirmed in real time, after which your login credentials are issued. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details — these are handled securely by Razorpay.

4. Fair Play & Conduct

Participants must complete the quiz on their own, within the allotted time. Any use of unfair means, automation, impersonation, or sharing of answers may result in disqualification. We use reasonable measures to detect and prevent malpractice, and our decision in such matters is final.

5. Prizes & Certificates

Prizes are awarded to top performers as announced on the event pages and are subject to verification of eligibility and identity. Every successfully registered participant who completes the quiz receives a digital e-certificate. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for their cash value unless expressly stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including questions, branding, logos and certificates — is the property of Vanalok Foundation and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The quiz is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for issues arising from your internet connection, device, or third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the event shall not exceed the registration fee paid.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
