Vanalok Foundation ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you register for the Green Yoga Quiz on quiz.vanalokevents.com, and how we use and protect it.

When you register, we collect your name, age, email address, phone number, school/college/organisation and city. When you make a payment, the transaction is processed by our payment partner Razorpay — we receive a payment confirmation and reference, but we do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create your participant account and issue login credentials
• To send event-related emails (login details, OTP codes, reminders)
• To conduct the quiz, generate your e-certificate, and contact prize winners
• To respond to your queries and provide support

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run the event — namely our payment processor (Razorpay) and our email service providers — and only to the extent necessary. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we strive to safeguard your information.

5. Cookies & Sessions

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to operate the site securely. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

6. Children's Privacy

Participants under 18 should register with parental or guardian consent. We collect only the information necessary to run the event.
